Join Kidzu’s early childhood educators and explore our newest addition to the museum, The Nest! Each session includes time for child-directed play, collaborative art and STEM projects, and group story time.

Leave the childcare to us! Kids will enjoy a fun–filled night, including exhibit play and exploration, a staff led activity, and dinner from Alfredo’s Pizza Villa. This drop-off event is for ages 3 – 9.

To start off the North Carolina Science Festival, Kidzu is representing the A (arts) in STEAM with a collaborative mural at the UNC Science Expo! This event features more than 100 hands-on activities and science demonstrations lead by STEM students, researchers, and practitioners from UNC-Chapel Hill.

Learn about Chinese culture and language and celebrate the Chinese holiday Tomb Sweeping Day! This program is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. Stories will be told in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Hosted by UNC Chinese 441 Apples Service Learning Students.

Join Kidzu and The Nest in celebrating the Week of the Young Child April 3rd-7th!
Each day, we’ll be sharing resources and fun activities in our museum on our website and social media channels based on the daily themes: Music Monday, Tasty Tuesday, Work Together Wednesday, Artsy Thursday, and Family Friday
