Family First Friday

Friday, August 4th from 10 AM – 5:00 PM. This is a FREE event!

Enjoy FREE admission to the museum as well as a FREE STEMonstration that will explore Amazing Aviation from 1:30 PM – 2:15 PM and again from 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM.

Speech & Language Development Program

Mondays & Fridays at 12:30 PM & 2 PM in the Nest

Unlock your child's full potential in communication with Laughing Monitos' highly acclaimed program! This program is tailored to children aged 12-18 months.

Kidzu's Summer of Stories!

July 5th - August 19th | Participation is FREE

Join Kidzu in beating the summer slide by attending a sampling of weekly and monthly literacy programs for the whole family! Children can pick up a Story Stroll activity sheet that records their participation and offers prizes along the way! Come celebrate summer with a host of local authors and multilingual readers!

Spanish Storytime

Thursdays at 4 PM and Saturday August 5th at 11 AM.

Included with admission

Join us for a Spanish storytime with Paulina! This program will take place inside Kidzu Children’s Museum and is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. Stories will be told in both Spanish and English.

Mandarin Storytime

Sunday, August 6th at 2 PM.

Included with admission

Join us for Mandarin Storytime with Wei Song! Read, sing, and play! Come learn about Chinese culture and language. This program is perfect for toddlers and preschoolers. Stories will be told in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

Play-Well Workshop: Minecraft Engineering

Saturday, August 12th from 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM. $45/child. Ages 5-7.

Venture into the world of Minecraft in our unique LEGO® experience. Get ready to build your base, craft your tools, use your Minecart to harvest raw resources, and battle to stop the Ender Dragon from ending the world. Come explore the endless possibilities of LEGO® with a trained Play-Well instructor.

Parent's Night Out

Friday, August 11th from 5:30 PM – 9 PM. $30/child. Kidzu members receive 20% off.

Parents, you deserve a night out! Leave the childcare to us! Kids will enjoy a fun–filled night, including exhibit play & exploration, a staff led activity, and dinner from Alfredo’s Pizza Villa. This drop-off event is currently for children ages 3 – 9 (must be potty independent). Kids will exercise their minds, bodies, imagination, and independence.
