The Lakeshore Art Festival features a unique blend of fine art, handcrafted goods, music, food, and fun in beautiful Downtown Muskegon, Michigan. Experience nearly 250 juried fine art and specialty craft exhibitors, a Children’s Lane, artisan food market, street performers, interactive art stations, and so much more!

In 2023, the festival will host the #LAFRocks Public Art Project.

Fine Art / Fine Craft: Art in the Park :

Art in the Park is held in historic Hackley Park, a green landscaped setting that features beautiful trees and flowers, interior and perimeter sidewalks, historic sculptures, and a center circle. It is located in the heart of Downtown Muskegon’s Heritage District, home to the Muskegon Museum of Art, Lakeshore Museum Center, Monet’s Garden, Hackley Library, and Frauenthal Center for the Performing Arts.

Craft / Artisan Food Market:

The Craft Market will flow through beautiful Downtown Muskegon and will include only handcrafted goods. Absolutely NO buy and sell.
Exhibitors will be placed within Fine Art/Fine Craft or Craft / Artisan Food Market based on their jury scores.

Children’s Lane :

Step into art! Kids and families will find great fun and artful activities at the Children’s Lane. This portion of the festival will feature FREE and low-cost booths that educate, entertain, and inspire creativity. The Children’s Lane has the same hours as the festival, and is located on Western Avenue, between Jefferson and 1st Street.
