The Lombard Park District’s Lilacia Park is an 8.5-acre horticultural showcase featuring 700 lilacs and 25,000 tulips! In 2019 with the hard work of the Lombard Historic Preservation Commission, Lilacia Park was recognized and placed on the official list of National Register of Historic Places. All ages will enjoy a stroll through the park or one of our many special events. From tastings to tours and concerts to coronation, there is something for everyone during Lilac Time 2023.

Historic Homes Trolley Tour | 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

Enjoy a trollley ride of historic Lombard. This tour will travel throughout the Village of Lombard identifying the architecture and history of homes that date back to as early as the 1900s. Registration is required and tickets can be purchased for $10 per person at lombardhistory.org. Tours are approximately 45 minutes long.

Family Concert with Wendy & DB | 11:00 am

Drop-in musical performance for families with children of all ages. Grammy-nominated duo Wendy and DB will bring their fun-filled music to the new Helen Plum Library. Their original songs and upbeat lyrics will get the whole family singing, dancing, and jumping along. Please bring your Helen Plum Library Card for priority admission.
