Join Little Rock Peace for Palestine and Taste of Olam Haba for a global day of solidarity action.

The village of Burin in the West Bank has held a kite festival almost every year since 2008.

The residents of Burin are inviting people around the world to fly kites along with them and host solidarity events in their own communities as part of a global campaign demanding the end of military rule under occupation and their right to live in dignity.

Little Rock will join dozens of organizations across the world with our own kite festival for the whole family. We will meet at Two Rivers Park from 5:00pm-8:00pm. We invite everyone to bring their own kite and a potluck dish to share. A limited amount of kites will be provided.

Taste of Olam Haba will offer Shabbat evening prayers at sundown. Open to all participants.
