Want to experience running on Utah’s Upper Colorado River Scenic Byway, but without the normal tourism traffic? Great news for you! We close down the highway so you can enjoy a fast, net downhill, half marathon or 5 mile race along the beautiful Colorado River. You will enjoy breathtaking views of red cliffs towering above you, and if you’re lucky you might even see some Utah wildlife such as Mule Deer, Desert Bighorn Sheep, or the variety of migratory birds that call the river valley home in the spring.
