Interim Mayor Richard Smith will give us an economic and cultural overview of the State of Milford for 2023 and beyond. This year we celebrate at one of Milford’s newest restaurants, Il Capriccio, which will provide a fantastic menu, with choices to make any palette delight.
Lunch will be served at Noon and the Mayor will speak at 12:30.

36th Annual Swim Across the Sound Supports Cancer Patients Across CT
Hartford HealthCare brings Swim statewide
Bridgeport, CT — Nearly 200 swimmers will be swimming across Long Island Sound this Saturday, July 29 for the 36th annual Swim Across the Sound.
The swimmers will be protected by a fleet of 90 escort boats, perimeter boats, and 20 law enforcement, fire, rescue and Coast Guard boats. Since its inception in 1987, Swim Across the Sound has raised millions to benefit thousands of individuals battling cancer. Money funds programs and services as well as financial assistance to patients for items that are not covered by insurance
