November is the time to start thinking of the new year and of holiday gift ideas! This beautiful 2024 calendar features twelve prominent Windsor historical sites – the perfect gift for current and former Windsor residents and history enthusiasts near or far! The calendar features original artwork by OtherDesigns and is available at three local sites where proceeds benefit Windsor Historical Society. In addition to the WHS gift shop, you can find the calendar at the Windsor Chamber of Commerce and Windsor Ace Hardware.

Windsor Historical Society’s gift shop is open from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Wednesday through Saturday. The calendar is also available online at windsorhistoricalsociety.org, and will be available at our special Holiday Shopping night from 4:00 – 7:00 PM, Tuesday, December 5. Get yours today!

The Windsor Historical Society, founded in 1921, invites visitors to explore the people, places, and events that have shaped Windsor for over four centuries. The Society’s museum and research library is located at 96 Palisado Avenue (Route 159) and is open Wednesday through Saturday from 11 AM to 4 PM, with house tours at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM. General admission to the library and historic houses is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, $6 for students, and free to children under 12 and WHS members. Visitors are free to browse the museum store and exhibit galleries at no charge, thanks to generous support of the Town of Windsor.
