Please note the following correction to Norman Rockwell Museum's description of our upcoming MAD Magazine exhibition, which opens June 8, 2024. The exhibition description should read:
What, Me Worry? The Art and Humor of MAD
A landmark exhibition exploring the unforgettable art and satire of MAD Magazine. More than 150 original illustrations and cartoons from the magazine's "Usual Gang of Idiots" and next-generation creators will be on view.
In the spirit of MAD Magazine, we can't resist spoofing our goof! Our original, erroneous description read: "Unusual Gang of Idiots." We regret the error, but we're also laughing at ourselves for making a MADly perfect mistake!
So who are the, ahem, Usual Gang of Idiots? An extraordinary group of illustrators and satirists: Find out here!
