Orange County Library System, in partnership with Valencia College, celebrates Catalog of Unabashed Gratitude by poet/author Ross Gay. Events will take place between April 2 - 30, 2023 and include book discussions, Florida friendly landscaping workshops, the NEA Big Read Challenge on Beanstack and more!

In-Person: Zero to Five Storytime
Tuesdays, 10:15 a.m.
From the rhythm and repetition of nursery rhymes to the use of picture books, songs and flannel board stories, your child will be encouraged to develop early literacy skills.

In-Person: ARAB American Heritage
Wednesday, April 5, 4 p.m.
Children will explore stories and activities that introduce them to the Arabic language and teach them about understanding and celebrating cultures outside of their own. Recommended for ages 6-12.

Wednesday, April 12, 4 p.m.
What do giant pandas, gorillas and Brazilian three-toed sloths have in common? They are all endangered, and many more species are dwindling each day. Find out how as we celebrate Earth Day and all living things on our planet. Recommended for ages 6-12.
