7:00 a.m. - Vet checks & weigh-ins from 7am to 12 pm (see fair book for scheduled times for each species

noon-5 pm - 4-H misc projects check in - 4/H Bld

5:30 p.m. - Mandatory meeting for all parents and 4-H/FFA exhibitors with livestock and/or horse projects    

9:00 a.m. - Drop-off Open Division Exhibits

August 7, 2024

7:30 a.m - Flag Raising

9 am-1 pm - Buildings closed for judging

8:00 a.m. - FFA/4-H Feeder lambs (<110 lbs)

FFA  Market Sheep Judging followed 4-H Market sheep, followed by pen of 2 followed by overall Champion Market sheep, 30 minute break - FFA Showmanship followed by 4-H Showmanship.  Sheep breeding and pens of two will follow 4-H Showmanship.

8:30 A.M. - Cloverbud Rabbit and Guinea pig show followed by 4h/FFA rabbit and Guinea pig fitting and showing followed by Quality

FFA Market Beef Judging followed by 4-H Market Beef Judging Champion Market Beef

8:30 a.m. - Horse meeting At arena bleachers

9:00 a.m. - 4-H Horse Showmanship followed by 4-H horse showmanship followed by Western & Bareback equitation & bareback
11:30 a.m. -  Judge talk to FFA & 4-H Beef Exhibitor

1:00 p.m. - Buildings open

1:30 p.m. - 4-H Beef Showmanship     
2:00 P.M. - Cloverbud poultry followed by 4h/FFA Poultry/Pigeon/Dove fitting and Showing followed by poultry quality at pens (starting with Market Broilers)     
6:30 p.m. - Parade - Main Street New Plymouth     
6:45 p.m. - Cloverbud stick horse costume reining
7:00 p.m. - River Brothers Band     

August 8, 2024

FFA Breeding Swine followed by 4/H   
(FFA Feeder Pigs followed by 4-H Feeder Pigs    
FFA Market Swine followed by 4-H Market Swine

FFA Market Goat followed by 4-H Market Goat.  Select overall Champion.  FFA Showmansip followed by 4-H Showmanship. Mini dairy & Pygmy quality will show separately in Quality Clases.  Mini dairy & Pygmy will be together on Fitting & Showing.

8:30 a.m.          
8:45 a.m. - Horse meeting   
9:00 a.m. - Horse Reinging

12:30 - 4-H Horsemanship 1st come 1st served followed by English Equitation   

12:30 p.m. - Judge Talk to FFA & 4-H Swine Exhibitors    

1:00 p.m. - FFA Swine Fitting and Showing

Clover bud mini goat show followed by dairy goat and coninued with show orders posted on goat barn.  Mni dairy & Pygmy will be together on Fitting & Showing.  There is not enough of each to split the class at this time.

6:45 p.m. - Costume reigning

7:00 p.m. - The Bucket List Band     

8:00 p.m. - Payette County Rodeo
