The Events Committee is planning new and exciting events to increase awareness of the Art Center and add revenue to our bottom line.

We need your time and talents for:

    Event Planning (concept, theme, design, entertainment, etc)

    Live and Silent Auctions, Raffles

    Decorations (tables, flowers, themed decorations)

    Hospitality (food, drink, bartending, catering)

    Hosting the events

    Set up and monitor Ticket Sales, "Will Call" table

    Marketing & PR (graphic design, digital & print, website, social media, calendars, etc)

Events planned thus far:

    Halloween Fair - Oct 26th (Rain date 10/27), $15/child

    Polar Express - Dec 13th, $15/child

    Mardi Gras - March 1st, 6-10pm, $70/person

    Garden Party, June 21st, $100/person

    Music Event #1 - Tomoka and 440 (Gypsy Jazz), Date TBA

    Music Event #2 - TBA
