Holiday Preview Weekend

Take time to celebrate this holiday season with "good tidings of great joy!" Connect with friends and family and make lasting memories. You can make the most of this special time of year by starting early, during Holiday Preview Weekend in Cape May, Nov. 22-24.

Santa's elves have decked out the historic Emlen Physick Estate, 1048 Washington St., with lights and holiday trimmings. Holiday tours are brimming with Christmas spirit. Santa arrives Saturday, Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. to flip the switch lighting the huge estate Christmas tree during the festive Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. The John Walter Community Band will perform holiday favorites at 5:30 p.m. and the Physick House will be open for free, self-guided tours from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. All weekend, for kids, there are Santa’s Trolley Rides and a chance to visit with old St. Nick himself. An Old-fashioned Christmas exhibit is a sight to be seen for young and old alike! For adults there’s the Spirited Cape May Christmas Trolley Ride. All this, the weekend before Thanksgiving.

Plan your visit now. Tours sell out quickly!
