From: Vineland Public LibraryPRAC of Southern New Jersey Hosts Senior Dance Class at Vineland Public Library
During the month of March, P.R.A.C. of Southern New Jersey will host free senior dance classes at the Vineland Public Library, located at 1058 E. Landis Avenue. Part of SAIL, Stay Active and Independent for Life, these classes will help participants build strength, improve balance, and stay active. Experienced, skilled instructors will provide exercises that have been tested with older adults, and the program will also help participants meet new people and make great friends!
This free service will take place in the library’s Community Event Room, located on the first floor, every Tuesday, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Registration is required. This program is funded by Title III of the Older Americans Act & the Cumberland County Office on Aging and Disabled.
