Creative Cocktail Hour: Reunion
Celebrating 20 Years of Creative Cocktail Hour!
A letter from our Executive Director Will K. Wilkins:
Twenty years ago we came up with an idea. We wanted to create a monthly event for creative people to gather. We wanted it to be a welcoming space for people from different backgrounds - Black, Latin, white, city, suburb, young, old, gay, straight, transgendered - to come together, to find joy in each other.
Creative Cocktail Hour reflects the real range of diverse populations in our region. It is a place to make friends, find community, and express ourselves. Everything that Real Art Ways does - concerts, movies, visual arts, performance and events - happens all at once at CCH.
This month, we celebrate 20 years of sustenance of creativity and community, and our connections to each other.
We want you to be a part of this! If you've been to CCH in the past, or if this is your first time, we want you to be in the mix of people.
We hope you can be a part of it this month and for years to come.
Sincerely,
Will K. Wilkins
