Play Mohegan Tent
This year’s food truck festival features appearances by two celebrity chefs, Erica Blaire Roby and Rasheed Philips, presented by Mohegan Digital. Visit the Play Mohegan Tent on Thursday, July 20, and register in advance for sessions on Friday and Saturday; same-day registrations may be limited.  Attendees will enjoy an intimate cooking demo, tasting, and meet & greet, and receive signed recipe cards. Erica Blaire Roby is Food Network’s Master of ‘Cue Champion, founder of  Blue Smoke Blaire, and Memphis In May Top 4 Champion in 2022. She is a frequent guest on the Today Show, and host of The Pit Stop show.

Rasheed Philips
Rasheed Philips is a Netflix American Barbecue Showdown star, culinary sensation, and founder of Philips BBQ.
