Shenandoah Valley's only celebration of traditional Virginia whole hog BBQ and craft beer! We designed this event to bring people to the Shenandoah Valley to enjoy our local brews, music, BBQ, and harness racing all in one place! We feature some great beers, brewed with care right here in our own state; and great BBQ of course.

Live Music by the Seven Bends Band and Harness racing starts at 1pm.

The Valley's famous Log Splitting contest starts at 1:30pm.

Craft Beers, spirits, cider and wine tastings all day; and sold separately if not tasting. Receive a tasting glass with each Tasting Ticket.

Want to see how Virginians barbecued whole hogs for hundreds of years? This is a chance to witness it and taste the barbecue cooked the same way it was when George Washington and James Madison hosted barbecues when whole hogs were suspended over a pit dug in the ground filled with oak and hickory coals. This barbecue will be the most authentic Virginia-style barbecue that can be cooked in our times.

Please Note: This event is preferred 21+. All tickets are non-refundable. The event will take place rain or shine.

Tasting Ticket $30

Tasting ticket includes a souvenir tasting glass; unlimited sampling of brews, spirits, ciders, mead and wine; BBQ sampling; live entertainment; $2 harness racing betting voucher; and general admission. 

General Admission  $10

GA ticket includes admission; live entertainment; and BBQ sampling. No alcohol sampling with this ticket. Beers, spirits, ciders, mead and wine may be purchased separately.
