Happy ONE Month until Sweet Pea!

We are so thankful for all our volunteers. We could not put the Festival on without you! We hope that you will be part of our wonderful community event either by volunteering or attending.

Sweet Pea is proud to present our 46th Festival August 4-6. To pull it off, we're going to need some 400 volunteers to help before, during, and after the festivities.

We have a large need in Main Box Office, Festival Set-Up & Tear Down, Admissions Gates and Children's Activities. Choose the job and time that works best for you! And, besides the good feeling you get from volunteering - three or more hours of volunteering earns you a free 3-day wristband, guaranteeing you entry to the Festival! You can look forward to great performances from dance and theater companies, lots of family entertainment, the Artist Marketplace and of course, Children's Activities. And, of course, we also have some great Main Stage music for you this year! Thank you in advance for your help and support of Sweet Pea! And Happy National Volunteer Week!

Sweet Pea Festival events begin August 1 with Chalk on the Walk, August 2nd is a NEW event - The International Youth Silent Film Festival, August 3 is Music on Main and the Festival moves to Lindley Park August 4-6. And remember, proceeds from the Festival are given back to the community in the form of grants and sponsorships to arts organizations, art education and special projects.
