10:00 AM - Registration and Setup Begins
3:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Booths Inspected
2:00 PM to 6:00 PM - Feel free to preview your space to other vendors and make final preparations for the Saturday opening to the public.
5:00 PM - Welcome to Vendors?
6:00 PM - Festivities Close for the Evening

October 21st, 2023

Festival opens to the public featuring antique and craft vendors, auctions, appraisal and Christmas themed activities and entertainment.

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Festival Open to the Public
9:00 - 5:00 PM - Antique Tractor and Car Cruise-In
(receive free admission if your vehicle is 25 years or older and park at our Cruise-in area)
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Appraisals
10:00 to 3:00 PM - Auction #1
5:00 PM - Festivities Close for the Evening

October 22nd, 2023

Grande Finale Day: Be sure to join us for our final day for wonderful deals and to take advantage of the collection of the finest antiques, vintage vendors  and crafters in America.

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Open to the Public
1:00 to 3:00 PM - Appraisals
