Apply Now to Be a Summer Steward Volunteer

Apply now through June 10

Individuals aged 16 and over are invited to apply for our Summer Steward Volunteer Program which runs from late June through Labor Day. Volunteers work at our various touch tanks and exhibits helping guests interact with a variety of animals.

This role is the perfect opportunity for students who want to explore Aquarium careers or for teachers who are looking to stay active during the summer!

Jr. Field Scientist | Ages 9-12 | June 14 - 28

No lab? No problem! Campers will learn about how anyone can contribute to our understanding of animals and their habitats by engaging in community science projects.

Animal Investigators | Ages 6-8 | June 24-28 or July 22-26

Featuring exciting visits from desert, ocean, temperate forest, and rainforest animals, campers will travel across the globe without ever leaving Norwalk!
