The Wintertide 2024

Arts and Entertainment

February 16, 2024

From: Mystic Seaport Museum

Shake off that cabin fever and celebrate the great outdoors in New England with 3 days of frosty fun at Mystic Seaport Museum! Bundle up to meet reindeer and winter working dogs! Check out demonstrations by an ice sculptor as he transforms blocks of ice into playable games, and enjoy family activities like games, crafts, a bounce house, and kid-friendly live music. Need to warm up? Enjoy a show in the Treworgy Planetarium, grab a hot cocoa and s’mores from Schaefer’s Spouter Tavern, or check out striking exhibitions like Alexis Rockman: Oceanus and Spineless: A Glass Menagerie of Blaschka Marine Invertebrates. Whether you’re chilling on the waterfront, or warming up next to a fire, visitors of all ages will find so many ways to make memories at Mystic Seaport Museum during Wintertide.

Most activities are included with general admission and are free for Members. Tickets purchased online for Wintertide are valid for all three days.
