From: Town of MarionThe Marion Police Brotherhood and the Marion Police Department are holding their annual “Fill A Cruiser” toy drive/essential items event for local children that are in need.
Each year the Marion Police Brotherhood and the Marion Police Department work with the Justice Resource Institute, a local non-profit organization that provides Intensive Foster Care and Adoption services to children and adolescents within our community.
This year more than ever we are trying to ensure that their wishes and basic needs are met. We have been provided a list of specific wishes from children in DCF Foster Care, as well as wishes from local families. Many have requested basic hygiene items, socks, hats, gloves, clothing and underwear. If you would like to donate, please feel free to drop off any new items to the lobby of the Police Station.
If you would like to grant the specific wishes of a child(ren), please contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] and we will provide you with their holiday wish/needs list.
Thank you in advance for your support.
