The Newtown Health District Team clinic is having two Booster Clinics at Newtown Municipal Center at 3 Primrose Street, Shared Meeting Room 3
- Wednesday 11/2/22 from 1:30 to 2:45 pm
- Thursday 11/10/22 from 12 noon to 1:30 pm
- The clinic is for Moderna vaccine only and is for individuals age 18 and up only
- The clinic is BY APPOINTMENT, not a walk-in clinic,

- Thursday 11/17/22 from 4:30 to 8:30 pm
- This clinic is for all vaccine formulations and is for individuals age 6 months and up
- This clinic is not by appointment and is a walk-in, individuals are welcome at any time
