On Saturday January 28th, members of the fire department will be conducting training at 10 Monroe Street (behind Avidia Bank) The training is scheduled to run from 9am to 2pm. The town recently acquired this property for the construction of the new fire station. The training evolutions will consist of hose handling, ladder work, search and rescue, ventilation, overhaul, and firefighter rescue.

The building will be secured after the training and is scheduled to be demolished.
