Holiday Closings
Please note that the Town Hall and the transfer station will be closed on Thursday, November 24, and Friday, November 25, for the Thanksgiving holiday. The transfer station will be open regular hours on Saturday, November 26.

Thanksgiving Food Drive – Helping Families in Need
Old Lyme Police and Lymes’ Youth Service Bureau (LYSB) are holding a Thanksgiving food drive at the Old Lyme Marketplace near the Big Y. The final day of the food drive will be Saturday, Nov. 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. All food donated will be forwarded to the Lymes’ Youth Service Bureau for distribution to families in need.

Senior Center Bus Trip
New York City Free Time Bus Trip on Saturday, December 3.
Bus will leave Lymes’ Senior Center at 7:30am. You will have plenty of time to enjoy the city, shop, see a show, or try out a new restaurant. The bus drop-off points will be at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Union Square Holiday Markets, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Financial District & Battery Park. The bus will leave the city from Madison Ave/ 50th at 7pm. $70.00 for members/ $75.00 for all other adult residents and you should expect lots of walking. Tickets are on sale now. Call the Senior Center at (860)434-4127 ext. 1 or stop by if you are interested. Cash or check written out to the Lymes’ Senior Center are accepted.
