The second installment of the 2021 Grand List Tax Bills for Real Estate and/or Supplemental Motor Vehicle are due January 1, 2023. The last day to pay without a penalty is February 1, 2023.

The Southbury Tax Office sends only one tax bill in June for each year. To access your tax bill(s) and pay online please go to www.southbury-ct.org/payingtaxes.

If paying by mail, please note the remit address on your tax bill: Town of Southbury, PO Box 467, Southbury, CT 06488.

You must include the appropriate tax bill stub with your payment if paying by mail or in person.

The Tax Office, located at the Southbury Town Hall, is open Monday through Thursday, From 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Fridays 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, except holidays, to receive tax payments. Please note the Tax Office cannot take cash payments over $50.00.

Payments by check may be dropped off at any time in the drop box located on the side of the building accessed from the upper parking lot. Please DO NOT deposit cash in this drop box.

Failure to receive a tax bill does not invalidate the tax or the penalty.
