The Windsor Youth Services Bureau and Community Health Resources (CHR) have an opportunity for you to receive your Mental Health First Aid Certification (MHFA)!

It's important to recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health. Many of us know that taking care of our mental health is vital to our overall wellbeing, but what steps do we take to help somebody else who is struggling? Through this certification from CHR, you will build the skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to those who may be struggling in your life.
