4:00 PM - 7:00 PM Face Painting: Don’t miss your chance to get a custom work of art done by Laura!

5:00 PM Chili Cook Off: You be the Judge! Taste all the chili and cast your vote for your favorite. Proceeds benefit the Trails End Festival. $5 to participate in the tasting. Cash prize for first place, no fee to enter!

Live Music:
1:30 PM - 2:50 PM Wally and Ray: A local favorite duo no stranger to our stage, they provide a mix of classic hits for the whole family to enjoy. These warm hearted performers will give you nothing but good vibes, and even a few laughs with their cheerful banter!

3:20 PM - 4:40 PM Mark and Trisha Acoustic Duo: Join us for their first performance at Trails End! Established in 2019, Mark Santerre and Trisha Burke, both originating from Millinocket, ME, have been playing your favorite tunes for years. This acoustic duo brings us classic rock jams from the 80's, 90's and beyond! These familiar faces gig all around Maine, and were formerly part of the band Raven. They are looking forward to perform for you here at home in the Katahdin region!

5:10 PM - 7:40 PM World Famous Grassholes: The 'straight up' - but not that old fogey kind - of bluegrass is what the Grassholes are bringing to the table this year. Get ready for a high energy, dancing group of folks that are sure to get you swingin'! They are excited to share new hits from their "Gently Used" record, just released this Spring.

10:00 AM All Trails Lead to Millinocket Parade: Lineup starts at 9:30 AM next to Stearns High School. From Stearns the parade will travel down Penobscot Avenue to Veteran’s Memorial Park. All are welcome to participate - ATVs, Side by sides, jeeps, hikers, artists, bikes, kids, pups! Tow your sleds, kayaks, and canoes, and let’s celebrate are trails! Participate with your 4 legged friends in the new Mutt Strutt this year! All dogs - licensed and leashed - will join in the back of the parade.

10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Climbing Wall: Calling all our recreational kids, and those wanting to try this opportunity as a first. Be sure to get down to the climbing wall at Veteran’s Memorial Park and give it your all- with FREE admission!

11:00 AM - 11:30 AM Homemade Pies & Cakes Auction: is a real sweet treat, come down to bid on delicious homemade desserts!

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Touch A Truck: will be set up in the Downtown Parking Lot with all your favorite big toys on display for the kids. Dump Trucks, Loaders, Fire Trucks, Ambulance, Snowblowers, and more!

11:00 AM - 4:00 PM University Of Maine Woodsmen Team: This competition level performance brought to you by School of Forest Resources Woodsmen Team, is a high energy
event you do not want to miss! Axe throwing, log chopping, and chainsaw demonstrations are just some of what will be offered. Check them out at the top of Veteran’s Memorial Park.

9:40 AM - 11:00 AM New Relm: Get ready for this versatile music group blending modern country, honky-tonk, bluegrass, folk, and blues. Founded by Harold Olmstead III and Elise Sproul, they've been performing together for over 17 years, known for their tight harmonies and engaging live shows. Their music often reflects western and rural themes, with albums like "Just Us", "The Way We Live", and “Catching Dreams” featuring a mix of originals and covers.

11:30 AM - 12:50 PM Gus LA Casse: Gus returns to Trails End with his engaging approach to fiddle music! Drawing from his deep roots in Cape Breton and Acadian fiddle traditions, Gus showcases a repertoire that honors the genre's rich history while pushing its boundaries with his own original compositions.

1:20 PM - 2:40 PM Leaf: Influenced by bands like The Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix Experience, and The Allman Brothers: Leaf consists of singer Emma Derhak; Guitarists Josh Libby and CJ Lee; Bassist Max Jones; Keyboardist Caleb Vickery; and Percussionists Keenan Jones and Eden York. The result is a fun, funky band, writing concise pop songs that will take you to new improvised territories. Their stage presence is engaging with a jam band approach to live shows, drawing listeners into a world of vibrant melodies and authentic emotions. Leaf isn't just a band; they're a musical adventure, ready for anyone to join in and enjoy.

3:10 PM - 4:30 PM Thundering Country Band: This group of local musicians bring us a full energy mix of classic tunes! With their captivating blend of classic tunes, they ignite the stage with a contagious energy that's impossible to resist. From soulful vocals to toe-tapping beats, they've earned a stellar reputation for infusing every performance with their signature style, making them a must-see act in the music scene!

10:00 AM Rubber Duck Race: Starts at the Central St. bridge. Ducks will be dropped into Millinocket Stream and race to Kermit Crandall Park. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and last place are up for grabs! Adopt your duck for the race on Friday or Saturday in Veteran’s Memorial Park!

11:00 AM No Duck Left Behind Paddle: Join in on the fun and retrieve runaway ducks! Kayaks and PFDs are sponsored by our friends at Katahdin Outfitters!
