Information about our summer 2023 Camp Explorations program is now available on our website!
Camp Explorations is a hands-on, interactive, science-focused summer camp program. Each session includes daily experiments, hands-on activities, related games, journaling and plenty of fun! There are nine different sessions covering topics such as Archaeology, Paleontology, Astronomy, Forensic Science, Zoology and much more!
Registration Opens
- Museum Members (Family-level and above**): You will receive an email with the registration link on Tuesday, February 21, 2023 @ 12:00 p.m. Join today!
- Scholarship Recipients: Tuesday, February 21, 2023 @ 12:00 p.m. More Information
- General Public: Friday, February 24, 2023 @ 12:00 p.m.
Campers must comply with applicable University of Michigan public health policies at the time camp occurs. The policies are subject to change, and we will keep parents informed.

Little Explorers Sessions
A camp for the museum’s littlest explorers, ages 4-5
8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (AM sessions only)
Adventure AM & PM Sessions*
For completed grades K-5
AM Session: 8:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.
PM Session: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
*Lunch is supervised for those attending both AM and PM sessions. Aftercare is also available.
