Exciting Updates Going Live Next Week

Dear Friends and Fellow Jazz Lovers,

We will be making some major improvements to our website next week on Monday and Tuesday, May 13 and 14.

During this period you will not be able to make any purchases on our website. This includes tickets, donations, memberships and gift certificates.

We are expecting to be fully functional again on Wednesday, May 15!

The new system will have a more user-friendly events list, an easier checkout process and give you more control of your data.

What are the major improvements?

- We're replacing the Tickets page with Events which will include all of our upcoming programming, not just ticketed events.
- The Calendar view will show all upcoming events so you can see everything in one place.
- You will be able to filter events by instrument, musical style and event type.
- Each event will have more detailed information thanks to our event tags and categories.
- Two new icons, Account and Cart, will keep track of your purchases, balance and history.
- You will be able to add multiple items to your cart – tickets, gift certificates and more – and buy everything at one time.
- Your entire online experience will be on our website with improved security. You will no longer be sent to other websites for any transaction.

How will this help you?
You will have better control of your transactions. When you make a purchase, an account will be generated automatically, linked to your email address with access to:
- Your current orders and order history,
- Your memberships and the remaining benefits, and
- Your gift certificate balance (to be applied directly during checkout).

Do you already have a membership? Don’t worry, your membership data will be transferred to our new system.
