21 years of Traveling the World without Leaving Saint Paul!

Saint Paul, MN - Celebrate 21 years of cultural programming with us! Landmark Center’s Urban Expedition program provides community members the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in cultures from around the world. As part of the Sundays at Landmark series, this Urban Expedition season takes attendees to India, Czech Republic and Slovakia, Guatemala, Venezuela, and Ethiopia. All Urban Expedition events are free and open to the public to enjoy from 1-3 pm. 

Landmark Center will collaborate with India Association of Minnesota, Czech and Slovak Sokol, Guatemalan Society of Minnesota, Sustainable Safari, and other groups and organizations to present authentic cultural experiences that include music, dance, crafts, displays, cuisine, and more.

Our first program kicks off on January 12, featuring India, presented in collaboration with India Association of Minnesota. Come enjoy a classical dance by Kala Vandanam, a Bollywood dance performance, a fashion show featuring various ways of draping a Sari, food from India Market and India Bazaar, a printmaking craft, mandala coloring, artisan vendors, and more!
