We are delighted to announce Marissa Jankowski as our new Dance Director. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Marissa brings extensive experience and passion for dance to our community.

Marissa began dancing at age 2, mastering Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Pointe. She trained at Alonzo King LINES Ballet in San Francisco and graduated with honors from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in Los Angeles with a BFA in Dance Theater.

Her career highlights include dancing in music videos, performing in Disney’s 'Mickey’s Soundsational' parade, and working on cruise ships for Holland America Line and Norwegian Cruise Line. She was honored to be the assistant choreographer and dancer tapping as Gregory Hines to the remastering of Francis Ford Coppola movie “The Cotton Club Encore”. Marissa has had the privilege of teaching and choreographing for over 10 years.

Additionally, we are excited to announce our Summer Schedule at the Arts Bonita Dance Academy. This summer, we offer a variety of classes and workshops for all ages and skill levels, including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, Hip Hop and Acro. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced dancer, our summer programs provide a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and have fun.
