The Prison Book Program: Mass Incarceration and Access to Books
Thursday, August 24, 7pm

Join Kelly Brotzman for a discussion on mass incarceration and the importance of access to books. Kelly is the Executive Director of the Prison Book Program in Quincy, a 50 year-old nonprofit devoted to sending free, high-quality books and reading materials to people in prisons and jails across the country.
Located in the Stewart Room.

We also have art displayed all month-long in the Stewart Room, sent to the Prison Book Program by readers in prisons across the country. These were sent oftens as a token of gratitude for a shipment of books. Stop by and check it out!
