About Us:
The Adams-Friendship Area School District boasts of strong academic and co-curricular programs. Our district has a proud tradition of "Preparing Students to Perform for Life". Throughout the area, state, and country you will find graduates of the Adams-Friendship Area School District who are successful in their chosen career area and are contributing citizens as well.
The school district has five elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school to serve residents of the area. There are educational programs designed to meet the individual needs of all students including those in talented and gifted programs as well as those who may have an exceptional education need. Our students' benefit from small teacher to student ratio's as well as the individual attention that is realized in a small, safe school district. The South Central Instructional Network Group (SCING), of which the Adams-Friendship Area School District was a founding member, provides an opportunity for advanced and expanded coursework over a distance-learning network.
The district recently had a National Merit Scholarship winner, State Championship Dance Team, State Championship Spanish Forensics Team, Final Four Basketball Team, and qualifiers for competition at the national level in the areas of HOSA and DECA. Quality education of this kind does not occur without strong community support.
