The West Seneca Alternative Learning Center was created to give students a second chance at their education. The program is designed to meet the needs of students who for any number of reasons, were not successful at either of the two high schools. Smaller classes, individualized attention and a caring, dedicated staff make the ALC a welcomed alternative to the traditional high school setting.

The Alternative Learning Center offers a comprehensive program and follows the same curriculum as both high schools. Students are recommended to the ALC by their principal, guidance counselors, and teachers of their home school.
