American Legion, Peter J Courcy, Post 178 Frisco, Texas started in January 2014 and was permanently Chartered on April 22, 2014 with 130 Members

We see our mission in Frisco as two-fold:
- To provide support and service to active duty military, veterans and their families in the Frisco area
- To help educate our Frisco children on the value and importance of Americanism and Patriotism
