VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!

 

 

Hospice volunteers are the heart and soul of compassionate patient care here at AseraCare Hospice.  Our volunteers generously donate their time, effort and talents to hospice patients and families. 

 

When you become a volunteer for AseraCare Hospice there's a place for you. Whether you choose to work directly with patients and families or to volunteer in other ways, you can make a big difference in someone's life.

 

Volunteer opportunities are as individual as you are.  There are several ways you can make a difference here at AseraCare Hospice.  You can choose from opportunities such as:

 

·   Patient and family support

 

·   Office Assistance

 

·   On-Call

 

·   Special Projects

 

To become a volunteer you will need to complete the following steps:

 

·   Complete and submit a Volunteer Application Form with references

 

·   Complete a brief in-person interview

 

·   Complete background/drug screening

 

·   Complete Aseracare Volunteer Orientation

 

You'll also receive special training before choosing the volunteer opportunity that best suits you and ongoing support thereafter.
