Mission:
Loving and leading people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a life worthy of His calling.
Vision:
- Determined Disciples
Making disciples is the one thing that we are commissioned to do. We know that making a disciple is a life long process and are determined to help people along in their personal journey of becoming a fully devoted follower of Christ. A Determined Disciple is someone who is determined to know God, our Creator, Savior, and Lord, determined to know God's Word, God's revelation of Himself, and determined to know God's will, God's purpose and plan for our lives.
- Creative Worship
We desire to create a worship atmosphere that is not mired in tradition but is characterized by freedom. We sing new songs and provide relevant messages from God's Word.
- Significant Ministries
We are committed to those ministries that will make a significant impact on the fulfilling of our mission. We also are committed to helping others find their Straight Path. In Proverbs 3:4 God says that He will make our paths straight. We believe that the Straight Path is that path of life that brings the greatest amount of glory to God and the greatest amount of blessing to myself and others. It involves allowing your spiritual gift, personality, abilities, talents and heart to direct you to that path.
- Genuine Fellowship
This is our commitment to develop the kind of church family that will glorify God and demonstrate the kind of love that is a testimony to the lost and essential to the life of every Determined Disciple. Home Teams are our way of fulfilling this goal.
- Effective Prayer
This provides the power to fulfill the mission that God has called us to. Prayers that produce results are Christ-centered and mission-focused.
- Successful Stewardship
This provides the resources for accomplishing the mission God has called us to. This is our commitment to handle money and possessions in a way that invites God's blessing upon it. This involves practicing and teaching biblical principles that honor God and bring His blessing on our individual members and our church corporately.
- Personal Accountability
Clear lines of accountability for our Leadership and Stewardship Teams as well as personal accountability for the Pastor in the area of time, purity, and personal finances.
