Our Vision at Bark River Bible church is to be a lighthouse for Jesus Christ in our local and global communities.

Our Mission is to win the lost to Jesus Christ, equip the believers for service and to love one another in a Christ-like manner.

Bark River Bible Church is a bible believing congregation seeking to bring glory to God and proclaim Christ in our homes, community and around the world.  We are affiliated with IFCA International.  By God’s grace we seek to be a ministry that is God centered, one which God is the focus of all we do.

We are located approximately 10 miles west of Escanaba and Lake Michigan.  People come to our church from Escanaba, Powers, Ford River, Spalding, Gladstone and Wilson, as well as Bark River.  We have an active Youth Group for grades 7 through 12 with regular outreach and Christian growth activities.   Children’s ministries such as Children’s Church, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School and Awana are also in place.   Various Adult Sunday School classes and Bible Studies are offered.

We strive to reach out to our community with our wild game dinners, ladies banquets, bus ministry, nursing home ministry, jail ministry, Vacation Bible School, Awana and Triple Overtime, which takes place for teens after the home Friday night basketball games.  We support a number of missionaries and missions organizations in our commitment to spread the Gospel around the world.
