Bethwood Suzuki Music School's mission is to instill a life-long love of music learning and appreciation and to "share the joy of making music together." The rewards of learning music through the Suzuki Method are immeasurable.
The Bethwood Suzuki Music School, a non-profit organization, was established in 1988 by Lisa Barca-Hall. A dedicated follower of Dr. Shinichi Suzuki, Lisa's captivating love of children and music was evident in the rapid growth of the school. Bethwood Suzuki Music School is successfully run by the Board of Directors, the Managing Director and Music Department Chairpersons. All are highly motivated and dedicated to the continuing growth and success of the school.
Bethwood Suzuki Music School has programs for students from ages 6 months through adult. We offer instruction in violin, viola, cello, guitar, voice, piano, ensembles and an early childhood music program. We are a member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas, Inc. and take pride in our educated and talented faculty and students who have performed throughout the state, the country and internationally, some receiving numerous awards for their accomplishments.
