Nestled against the foothills of the Big Horn Mountains, the Big Horn School campus is the pride of Big Horn, Wyoming. Big Horn High School is one of seven schools in Sheridan County School District Number 1. The campus, serves a K-12 population of 450 students – 196 in Big Horn Elementary (K-5), 114 in Big Horn Middle School (6-8), and 140 in Big Horn High School.
Strong fundamental academic skills are taught in a safe and nurturing environment. Our staff takes pride in our small class sizes, individualized attention given to students, and the high expectations we maintain of all of our students. Strong community support and parental involvement are the heart of our program. BHHS’s success is built on our District’s mission of “Success for all Through Learning.” Our academic data and standardized assessments indicate that all of our students are achieving successes in their learning!
