About Us:

Black Cat Productions is owned by Clark J. Knighten. As a native New Orleanian with over 30 years in the local music industry, he brings a wealth of experience and contacts to every project he works on, whether it is music production or special event coordination.

Our Three Main Goals Are To:

-Preserve and promote the various styles of music common to the heritage and culture of New Orleans and the Deep South;
-Provide opportunities for working musicians and others vital to the music and entertainment industry to gain greater recognition while generating a fair and reasonable income from public and private performances;
-Provide quality, professionalism, and creativity in assisting our clients to plan, develop, and promote their special events through the use of music, graphics, multimedia presentations, lighting and sound reinforcement.
