The Bonita Community Health Center was established as a partnership between two of the most experienced and respected names in Southwest Florida healthcare: Lee Memorial Health System and NCH Healthcare System. As a result, the facility is a comprehensive diagnostic, treatment, rehabilitation and surgical center specifically designed with our patients' care and comfort in mind

In addition to a walk-in clinic, physician referral and patient education areas, the Bonita Community Health Center offers a one-stop center that caters to all facets of healthcare.
