Troop 57 is a "Boy Run" unit with scouts from eleven to eighteen years old. We have strong adult leaders that provide the guidance and direction, but the experienced scouts who have earned positions of leadership in the troop plan the meetings, select the outings, and teach the newer boys what it means to be a Boy Scout. Our goal is for the scouts to learn to take responsibility within our Troop and their community.

Our Mission:

Our mission is the same as the BSA's… to serve others by helping to instill values in young people and, in other ways, to prepare them to make ethical choices during their lifetime in achieving their full potential. The values we strive to instill are based on those found in the Scout Oath and Law.
