Here at the Broad Street School, Paideia is our Whole School Reform model. The 2005-2006 school year marks our sixth year of implementation and we will continue with the assessment phase which will focus mainly on "Looking at Student Work.” Socratic seminars for both staff and students and coached projects will be continued. Data will be collected and analyzed so that we can assess the effectiveness of the program in student performance, school culture and test improvement. Positive gains in student testing in 2004-2005 were made, and continued results are anticipated.
