The Chamber Serving The Broomfield Area in Colorado has something to offer businesses of every size and type. A voluntary, non-profit organization, The Chamber was formed in 1975 when businesses, professionals, educators, and interested citizens joined together to improve the economic, industrial, and civic well-being of the Greater Broomfield Area. The mission of The Chamber is to unite the people of commerce, industry, education and the professions to work together for the development of this fast-growing community.
Today, The Chamber represents more than 600 businesses and organizations, with more than 23,000 employees. Our membership includes home-based businesses, major corporations and everything in between. Nearly 80% of our members have 15 employees or less, with almost 45% having less than 5 employees. The largest member has more than 5000 employees - the average is 50 employees per member. About 30% of our members do not have a physical location in Broomfield, thus the focus on the Broomfield regional area. Members represent the service, retail, high-tech, and manufacturing industries, along with a host of other business types.
The Chamber offers its members access to education programs, legislative oversight, and marketing and networking opportunities.
Educational opportunities like "High Impact Training Seminars" provide members with valuable business-building information.
Networking events like "Business After Hours" put members face-to-face with each other in a relaxed atmosphere where business and personal relationships can grow.
Political forums like The Chamber's "Eggs and Issues" breakfasts give members a chance to voice their opinions and help shape legislation and community direction.
