Over a Century of Changing Lives
Since 1909, YMCA Camp Immokalee has provided youth with an unsurpassed traditional resident camp experience. To learn archery – to experience the thrill of riding down a 350 foot zip line – to catch a bass on the shores of Lake Brooklyn. For over a century, we have created friendships and make memories that will last a lifetime.
Thousands of people, young and old from all across the nation, have experienced Camp Immokalee over the years. After all this time, our goal remains the same: to help everyone that comes through our gates grow socially, emotionally, mentally, and physically.
We give our campers the opportunity to learn about themselves in a safe, encouraging environment while they also grow in their relationships with their peers, counselors and parents. We welcome children take part in the excitement and adventure Immokalee has to offer.
We are a camp which believes by doing and having fun, participants will gain a sense of accomplishment and confidence in themselves. By helping campers recognize their own unique abilities, we find that each camper will step outside of their comfort zones and reach for goals far beyond what they once dreamed impossible.
Whether you have been a camper at Immokalee or this will be your first time coming through our gates, we are happy you have chosen to join our family. We are glad you have chosen to help us continue our legacy, and make another century of life changing adventures.
