The Carrollton Evening Lions Club was Chartered in October, 1983, and is part of the world's largest service organization, Lions Clubs International where more than 1.3 million men and women Lions are serving in over 45,000 Lions Clubs located in 208 countries world wide.

Our Club was sponsored by the Farmers Branch Lions Club and Lion PDG Joe Montag (then a member of the FBLC) served as our Guiding Lion. Since then the Carrollton Evening Lions Club has been one of the most active Lions Clubs in District 2-X1.
