The Centennial Sports Arena offers an Olympic size ice surface, four spacious locker rooms, seating for 1,000 people, full service pro shop with professional skate sharpening, a meeting room and concessions area.
The Centennial Sports Arena offers ice rental June through March. During June and July the Centennial Sports Arena hosts the Midwest High School and College Hockey League and the Centennial Summer Training Program for male and female hockey players of all ages. The Centennial Sports Arena converts to a multi-purpose artificial turf surface in March, April and May. The artificial turf surface is used for indoor soccer, baseball, softball and lacrosse.
The Centennial Sports Arena was built in 1991 and officially opened its doors on January 1, 1992. It was the first Olympic size ice surface in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. The Centennial Sports Arena is located on the Centennial School District's High School Campus.
