Central Mountain High School is part of the Keystone Central School District. Completed in 1999, the high school is the result of a consolidation plan that merged three former high schools in the district; Lock Haven High School (Lock Haven, PA), Bald Eagle Nittany High School (Mill Hall, PA) and Sugar Valley High School (Loganton, PA). Central Mountain High School is located approximately 3 miles west of Lock Haven, PA in Bald Eagle Township near State Route 150 on the Lusk Run Road.In addition to a new building, the students of Central Mountain High will enter the next millennium with a new and innovative educational concept called Curriculum Pathways which was developed by Robert Gervinski, the district superintendent.A vocational / technical facility has recently been added to the high school complex that provides all Central Mountain High School students with a unique comprehensive secondary learning center. Each student will be offered the academic, vocational technical and community living skills necessary to become productive members of their community in the 21st century.
